The Beatles premiered LOVE with Cirque du Soleil and released a mashup hit soundtrack album. Lou Reed played the Torino Festival at the Olympic Winter Games and The WHO played their first world tour in more than 20 years.

Former Dire Straits guitarist Mark Knopfler and country folk vocalist Emmylou Harris released "All The Roadrunning."
Jerry Lee Lewis recorded various duets with 22 rock and country legends on "Last Man Standing."
