Electric Light Orchestra Remastered

'On The Third Day, Face The Music, and A New World Record' are the latest releases in the wave of ELO expanded CD's that will continue through the end of this year. We should see two more albums by Christmas; 'Out Of The Blue' (from 1977), and 'Balance Of Power' (1986.)
Already digitally remastered into expanded editions are:
'No Answer' (the band's first album in 1971)
'ELO 2' with "Roll Over Beethoven" (1973)
'Eldorado' A Symphony (1974)
'Discovery' (1979)
'Time' (1981)
'Secret Messages' (1983)
ELO thrived for fifteen years, from 1971 to 1986, under the guidance of Jeff Lynne. They recorded and released 12 original studio albums (and one live LP only in the UK,) through 1986, when Lynne disbanded the group.
At their peak the group generated a string of nine consecutive RIAA gold, platinum and multi-platinum albums, on three different record labels. ELO is one of my favorite orchestral rock groups of that era, and I enjoy Jeff Lynne's current works with Tom Petty, the Traveling Wilburys, George Harrison, and Paul McCartney.
