Virgin Music Festival September 23

Virgin Festival by VirginMobile claims it is first and foremost about music. But who would argue with this year's lineup?
Their website (virginfestival.com/index.html) says...
With over twenty of the hottest bands and outstanding new artists in two performance stages, dance tent, concessions, a diverse array of vendors and non-profit organizations, interactive art installations, performance art, and many unexpected happenings, it will be an unforgettable experience.

This year's US festival takes place September 23rd at the home of the Preakness Stakes Triple Crown horse race, the historic 140 acre Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, Maryland. The UK festival sold out in less than three hours.

General admission tickets go on sale Saturday July 22...available online at www.ticketmaster.com or 1-800-551-SEAT and Ticketmaster outlets.

$97.50 ($1.50 for charity) plus ticketing service fees.

Virgin Festival will feature over twenty acts on three stages from noon to ten p.m., plus two outdoor performance stages and a circus tent. Mr. Kite will perform his feat on Saturday.
